Exchanges & Returns
CAN I REQUEST A PRODUCT EXCHANGE?
If you're not completely satisfied with your purchase or if you have changed your mind then you're welcome to exchange the product with another product up to the same value within 20 days from the date of purchase. Alternatively, you can also simply pay the difference for a product/s of greater value.
Exchanged products must still be tagged, unworn, free from faults, in original condition and must not be damaged. Exchanges cannot be processed until the original item is received back at Bummy HQ for inspection. Customers wanting to exchange their purchase are asked to contact us via the website for further information regarding this process.
Customers are reminded that return postage costs are at the expense of the customer and until the product has been received back at Bummy HQ, the product remains the responsibility of the person sending it. In addition to the above, please be advised that shipping an handling charges apply to exchanged items. These costs are payable by the customer as our free shipping offer applies only to the original order. Exchange postage costs begin at $7.45 AUD and can vary depending on the number/weight of items being exchanged. To avoid your exchanged items being lost/stolen in transit please ensure that you keep your tracking number and receipt from your postal service.
CAN I GET A REFUND?
Please note we do not refund purchases if you've simply changed your mind. If you've change your mind we're happy to provide you with store credit or product exchange once the item is received back at Bummy HQ. Please refer to our product exchange process above.
INTERNATIONAL ORDERS VAT & CUSTOMS TAX:
Please note that if your destination country requires import VAT or other related customs charges, the customer is responsible for payment of these charges upon request of the carrier service. Where purchases are returned to Bummy HQ because payments have not been made, postage fees will not be reimbursed. If you wish to have the item sent again, the same postage and handling costs apply for re-post.
THE PRODUCT I HAVE RECEIVED IS FAULTY:
If your product has arrived with fault then please get in contact with us through our website and detail exactly what you found when it arrived. We'll get back in contact via email to register the fault. Once a fault has been registered you are required to send in a photo of the damaged product via email so that our returns department can consider each case individually for a refund.
Refund requests will only be considered within 20 days from the date of purchase.
I HAVE RECEIVED THE WRONG ITEM:
We do our very best at Bummy HQ to make sure that everyone gets the product which they have ordered. If in the unfortunate case you've been sent the incorrect item, we're so sorry for the mix-up. Please let us know and we'll send out your correct item express post. We'll also include a reply paid satchel so that you can return the incorrect item back. Any incorrect items not returned will be charged at the original sales price (including the price of the return paid satchel $7.45 AUD).
GIFTED ITEMS AS PART OF A PROMOTION:
If you've received a gifted item as part of a sales promotion and you wish to return one of your items linked to that promotion, then all items must be returned together. If you wish to keep one of the items, the cost of the promotional gift will be deducted from your refund amount.
If the gifted item you have received is faulty, then we'll replace that item as per our replacement of faulty items terms and conditions above.
CAN I RETURN A PURCHASE THROUGH A GIFT VOUCHER?
Standard return policy applied. Returns generated from gifts vouchers will be in the form of store credit.
